Rip up cauliflower into bite-sized florets and pan fry. Add sliced potato and cook until half-done. Set aside. 2. Add oil and cumin seeds and heat until they crackle, then add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onions are transluscent. 3. Add tomato paste, turmeric, chili powder, and coriander. Cover until the masala is soft. 4. Add cauliflower and potato.
